yay kind old singhealth has offered me e scholarship=] (so did yy and mq!) hee.. i highly suspect tt they must have missed out my cap score or something.. they didnt even ask bout it.. hee..
today is my second day at my telesales job.. not tt bad.. e first day i made some stupid mistakes.. i actually got some clients who are interested and asked me to call back later, but when i put down e phone, i forgot who's tt i just called!! and i also forgot to mark down who i called already, so i think i irritated a few pple by calling them a second time=/ oops..i felt quite bad. e second day was not as bad.. i managed to get a very easy going guy who said ok to everything.. hee.. but i got scolded by my boss cuz i used some words tt should be avoided when doing sales.. i said "u can cancel ur card.." and she say cannot use e word cancel.. should say "if u do not wish to continue.." hai, it is e same meaning issnt it? not like i am being offensive or anything.. anyway, my fren is not working tom.. so i'll be left with all e adult pple there.. hope everything goes well!
