hey i am finally blogging again! i survived the first week of working life=] my ward is actually a very pleasant place.. the staff are all nice and helpful, and it is an elective surgical ward so patients are mostly quite well too.. i enjoy doing admissions cuz it is so much easier to do the assessment la! hee..
i like my preceptor too cuz she really guides me, teaches me and asks me questions=] ooh, the most impt thing is, we are wearing scrubs now! woohooOO! tt is a very very big incentive cuz i look super toot in the uniform=/ and somemore we change in and out of the scrubs in the ward, so we don have to bring them back to wash=D and if i am going out aft work, i don have to bring an extra set of clothes lor.. i like i like! but i think this scrubs thing is only for the h1n1 period=/ if they change back to uniform, i'll be quite upset=/
anyway, there are students attached to my ward, and this particular gal has alot of comments bout my nose.. she says it is very sharp, in fact, too sharp.. and she just has to repeat tt from mon to fri=/ she says it in the tea room, and she says it along the corridoor. anywhere anytime. HAI.. neva see sharp noses b4 issit.. in fact, on the first day she said, "wow ur nose very sharp leh, real one hor?" diao......!
i have been eating breakfast in my efforts to gain weight, and to my surprise, delight and a bit of horror, i gained back my weight in one week! i neva used to gain weight so easily lor=/(a sign of aging!)
